Action Plan

Initiate discussion and exchange of ideas

We currently have groups established in Japan, China, Korea, South Africa, and the United States, each using its own unique academic background to generate and refine the project's activities. We encourage real-time discussion and exchange between teams, ensuring efficient sharing of feedback and ideas. Further, our prototype web portal will serve as a repository for project information and work, allowing easy and instantaneous access to relevant data and resources. By utilizing both real-time communication and the web portal, the teams can foster a culture of open communication and collaboration, facilitating the sharing of ideas and knowledge that will ultimately lead to the success of the project.

Add more student groups and young professional groups

One of our key priorities is to expand our network and bring more student and young professional groups from other countries into the fold. This will not only help us to broaden our perspectives and insights across diverse contexts, but it will also enable us to leverage the expertise and resources of these new partners in a collaborative effort to achieve our common goals. We hope to foster a community of like-minded young people around the world, who are committed to advancing sustainable development practice on a global scale

Hire dedicated professional staff.

As our project continues to grow and expand, we will need to bring on board dedicated professional staff who can help us manage and execute the various components of the project in a timely manner. We have hired one professional in Tokyo, and we plan to recruit more. These professionals will be responsible for overseeing key aspects of the project, including project management, fundraising, and partnerships. We plan to hire professionals who bring a diverse range of skills and expertise, with a particular focus on individuals who have a deep understanding of technology, administration, communications, and movement organizing. They will work closely with the existing student and young professional teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
